How do you ship?
We carefully package and ship all our items via U.S. Postal Service First Class mail. Sorry, but insurance is not available at this time.

How long after I place my order will my items be shipped?
Kid Covers ships all orders within three (3) business days after receiving payment (and usually SOONER!) We are proud as heck of our furiously fast, fabulously friendly service!

Are custom orders returnable?
No, custom iron-on's are not returnable.

Do you supply instructions for application of your products?
Absolutely! Full, clear and completely understandable instructions are included with each order. We also include a small "test" iron-on that you can use to get a feel for the application process. (Pretty clever of us, eh?)

If I have an idea for an iron-on transfer, can I send it to you?
Of course! We can do custom orders - no problem! Just contact us with what you have in mind, and we will create the design and send you a "proof" of what it will look like.

Are your regular (non-custom) items returnable?
Yes, but only if I have made an error in your order, or grossly misrepresented the item. Any iron-on transfers applied to fabric are no longer eligible for refund. Any buyer who wants to return an item must contact us within 7 days after receipt for return instructions.

What is the process of ordering/receiving a custom item?
If using PayPal for payment, there is a notes section that you can include what you want (i.e., what initial or name, what slogan, and, if offered in the listing, what color you prefer, etc.) Once we receive this, we will begin the design process (usually takes only 1 - 2 days). When complete, we will e-mail you a .PDF file of the finished product. As soon as you respond with your approval, we will print the design onto an iron-on transfer, and get it ready for shipment!
